Measurements are approximate, but very close: The honey pot is just under 6.5" tall X about 4.5" wide with the handle X about 4" deep. It weighs just over a pound. The handled basket is about 6" tall X about 5" wide X about 3.5" deep. It weighs just over 11 ounces.
Overall, good condition, no chips/crazing - the honey pot looks like it has a chip on the edge of the spout. Although I can feel it, when running my finger over it, it is glazed over, so this was a production error. The gold tone scroll accent is in good shape - I'm sure there is some wear, but overall, it is mostly intact. There is some extra black in a few spots - again, I believe this is a production issue.
