" The Master Lock Seal-Tight handle-on valve lockout clamps onto a ball valve handle stop and combines with a padlock (sold separately) to help protect against valve operation during maintenance and repair, and fits 1/4" to 4" (.6 cm to 10.1 cm) sized ball valves.This lockout is made from aluminum and steel parts that function in temperatures from -70 to 350 degrees F. It accommodates padlock shackles up to 9/16" outside diameter and includes three "DANGER" labels, one each in English, Spanish and French.This device is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where electrical plugs need to be isolated during maintenance and repair.
