This is a handled cake plate or serving tray by Noritake in the Azelea pattern from 1918. The tray is round with two gold painted handles that have lost some of their gold. The flowers and leaves appear to be hand painted and have some raised details to them which is shown.
The tray measures 9.50 inches across and is 9.75 inches from handle to handle.
Replacements calls this a handled cake plate. It is white porcelain with pink flowers, and assorted color greenery (some of which is blue) and gold trim.
There is some wear to the gold on the handles, but given the fact that it’s an antique-that isn’t surprising. The is no wear to the gold rims.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
