100% recycled cotton Our ropes are made from 100% recycled cotton. No dyes are used in the making of our products and they are all certified OEKOTEX Standard 100 meaning no harmful substances were used in their production. Please see disclaimer about OEKOTEX below for all certificate information. RESPONSIBLY We recover materials that have been considered used up and create beautiful, fullvalue products from them! The recycling materials from which the yarn is made are both production waste from factories and consumers in the form of used clothes and other cotton textiles. NO DYES The textiles primarly cut into smaller pieces are then shredded until a sort of dust is received. At this stage the color is created the shredded cotton in various colors is mixed in specific proportions in order to receive the desired shade. THREAD The fibers are then spinned into thread which is later delivered to us. We import the yarn from an European producer and use it to make strings in a small factory in Poland. Because of how the production process is designed, different batches of one color may differ from one another. We spend a lot designing our new colour collections by following the latest . The yarn is always made to our special order. The finished product goes to your hands, and you create beautiful projects with it. OEKOTEX The quality of our products is crucial to us. They received an OEKOTEX Certificate Standard 100 in first class. It means that there were tested at every production level and do not contain any substances that are harmful for our health. They may be safely used in products for toddlers and people with allergies. The granted certificate means that the products labelled with it are free from harmful substances e.g. pesticides, chlorophenols, formaldehyde, allergenic dyes, forbidden dyes and extractable heavy metals. This certificate was promoted to us by the awarding body OEKOTEX under test report NC9046532021 and certificate number IW 00240 in 2021. OUR CORD TYPES Braided Cords Great for beginners, they work perfectly with various techniques and look beautiful in different projects. Caution it cannot be brushed out! Single Ply Cords Single . We the soft cotton fibers into three sizes of cords that you can later brush out nicely. 3 Ply Cords Triple . We make them by combining three separate singletwisted parts into a spiral. This unique structure provides a compelling effect both within knots and when brushed out.
