- Accelerate Game Play: Gears of Corruption accelerates early gameplay by giving players starting resources and a hero worker that can act as any type of worker.
- Fits in Expeditions Base Game Box: This expansion’s contents are all designed to fit into the original box insert.
- Dual Layered Playmats: Dual layered playmats replace the original game’s playmats. These playmats keep pieces from shifting around when the playmat board is bumped.
