This 1/2-inch lead-free thermostatic mixing valve, featuring Cold Expansion Fitting CEF/PEX F1960 end connections, delivers tempered water for residential, commercial, or institutional use. Its double throttling design regulates hot and cold water flow to the mixed outlet. Constructed with a lead-free brass body, it includes solid wax thermostat, integral filter washers, and check valves with a locking temperature setting mechanism. The adjustable outlet temperature ranges from 80 to 120F (27 to 49C), with a maximum pressure rating of 150 psi (10.3 bar).
